Adrian Jones

Managing Director

30+ years in construction

Adrian, a bricklayer by trade, spent six years working as a sole trader before founding AK Developments. Today he plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the company from our Pentraeth offices, where he focuses on organising and managing our ever-growing workload.

Paul Brook

Finance Manager

10+ years with AK Developments

Paul has worked with AK Developments for more than ten years, originally managing the company's finance and payroll as an external sub-contractor. Following changes within the business, the finance role became a full-time position and in 2016 Paul joined the team as Finance Manager—a role he continues to relish.

Carwyn Jones

Operations Manager

11+ years with AK Developments

Carwyn, Adrian's son, joined AK Developments straight from school as an apprentice bricklayer and qualified in the trade before completing an HNC in Building Management. From the age of 16 he worked on site, gaining nine years of hands-on experience before moving into operations management in 2024.

Andrew Jones

Estimating Manager

40 years in construction

Andrew began his career as a joiner, working hands-on in the construction industry before moving into project management and estimating. With over nine years at AK Developments, he now leads the estimating team, overseeing pricing, tender preparation, and cost planning across a range of projects.
